LOL: Traffic ticket

OK, This is from an old Afrikaans (that's a language) newspaper. I translated it to English for you guy's.

This is an actual event that actually happened and still actually happens in South Africa (My home country).

There is probably an English version out there, but I only got this as an e-mail in 2007.

It should be good for a few laughs.
